ResearchMate is Now Offline
After much thought and consideration, we’ve made the difficult decision to shut down the app. ResearchMate officially went offline on June 15, 2025.
All active subscriptions have been automatically canceled, and you won’t be charged going forward. If you were recently billed, a refund will be issued within a few business days.
If you need access to any of your data, chat logs, or account history, please don’t hesitate to reach out — we’ll do our best to help before everything is permanently taken offline.
